Indoor Racing


Our Indoor Race Series was a huge success in 2010 and is back and better then ever.  We have made some significant improvements to enhance the riders experience.  This year in addition to more time slots we we are offering functional threshold power testing, Erg Video training sessions, and full training room rental.

This years series will again be 8 races long each taking place during a 2 week period.  Riders will have 20 different opportunities during each race to ride the course.  The races will be offered at the following times:

Monday: 4:00 and 5:30
Tuesday: 5:00 and 6:30
Thursday: 5:00 and 6:30
Friday: 4:00 and 5:30
Saturday: 10:00 and 11:30am

Functional Threshold Power Testing will be available in out Indoor Race Series PLUS package.  Riders will come in and do a power test during the series.  Based on this test, Coach Peter Cummings will analyze the data and give each rider and individual power chart along will some basic understanding of what power is and how to use it.

Erg Video Training Sessions are also new for this year.  The Erg Video experience is much different than the races that take place throughout the series.  The Erg Video are High Definition videos are courses from all of the world.  The Computrainers follow along the video and simulate hills, decants and also changes in effort to give you the feel like your riding along side the riders in the video.
